We do not offer in-house repairs or repair services for out-of-warranty items.
If you are unhappy with the quality of your product within six months of purchase, please contact us. We will assess the condition of the item to determine whether it qualifies for an exchange. If the issue is covered, we will first attempt to repair the item (if feasible), and only then consider a replacement. Replacements will be based on current availability and may differ in style or colour from the original.
For any out-of-warranty products, repairs can be done at the customer's expense by a repairer of our choice. However, please note that genuine, PU, and eco-leather cannot be repaired once damaged.

Weight Limit on Bags & Briefcases
All Campo Marzio bags, totes, and briefcases are tested to hold up to 8 kg. Overloading bags can lead to strain on handles and shoulder straps and will void the guarantee. Any resulting damage from overloading is considered misuse and is not covered.
Product Care Instructions

General Storage Guidelines
-
Store all items in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, humidity, or heat sources to prevent discolouration, cracking, or peeling.
-
When not in use, keep your products in a dust bag or box with enough ventilation.
-
Avoid prolonged pressure or friction between products during storage, especially with PU or leather surfaces.
-
Prolonged storage of any item, especially in sealed or poorly ventilated environments, may cause materials to dry out, become brittle, and may result in peeling of the colour coating.
-
For pens, use a protective pen case to avoid scratches or lacquer damage.

Caring for PU & Eco-Leather Products
PU (polyurethane) and eco-leather products offer stylish alternatives to genuine leather. To prolong the life of these items:
-
Avoid excessive heat or moisture, which can cause peeling, warping, or cracking.
-
Keep away from alcohol-based products, sanitisers, or harsh cleaning agents.
-
Clean only when necessary using a soft, damp microfibre cloth and mild hand soap (suitable for sensitive skin). Gently dab—do not rub.
-
Avoid over-cleaning and friction, as PU surfaces can become vulnerable to cracking or separation.
-
Do not attempt to repair scratched, peeled, or damaged PU products—these are considered irreparable.

Caring for Genuine Leather Products
-
Clean only when needed using a damp microfibre cloth and mild hand soap.
-
Do not use household cleaners, alcohol-based disinfectants, or sanitisers.
-
Avoid rubbing, scratching, or applying too much pressure when cleaning.
-
Natural leather will darken with age or exposure to moisture.
-
Note: Pen or ink marks are permanent and cannot be removed.
-
Some genuine leather items may contain man-made or PU components, such as piping, internal linings, or trims. These should be treated with the same level of care as synthetic materials, especially to prevent peeling, cracking, or colour fading.

Pen Care & Cleaning
-
Clean your pen with a soft, damp cloth only—harsh chemicals may cause discolouration or damage.
-
Avoid scratches, which can pierce the lacquer and result in chipping or peeling.
-
Store pens in a protective pen case to prevent damage from contact with other items.
